Soy Protein Vs Whey Protein – Check the level of the proteins

What is the difference – Soy Protein vs Whey Protein? Well, the main difference is the source of protein.

Natural Testosterone Booster has high level of proteins available to have reduction in fat and boosting the metabolism. The learning about the difference is essential for the people to get the right dosage. The meeting of body needs is possible for the people. The checking of the information is essential for the people.

Whey protein is made out of natural sources as a diary by-product. It’s a complex process but the short of it is that when milk is treated to change its pH balance a thick layer of so-called Casein forms on top and the whey protein itself is collected from the top of that crusty layer.

The process of filtering and purification (during which carbs and other minerals are eliminated) determines the quality (and production cost) of the protein. The end result is the dried powder-like form which we are all accustomed to seeing.

Soy Protein, on the other hand, is also a good source of high quality complete protein from vegetables. Much like whey protein, it is also low in fat and carbohydrates after all the production processes are completed and contains plenty of amino acids.

In general, Soy products, including Soy Protein, are high in phytoestrogens which may positively support natural estrogen levels in women and raise estrogen levels in men.

Soy Protein vs Whey Protein – The Verdict

For most serious bodybuilders and males involved in any kind of fitness or sports training the estrogen re-enforcing properties of Soy protein are reason enough to dismiss Soy protein as an option.

We all know that the key in men’s fitness and bodybuilding is to limit estrogen in our bodies (thus, some guys will use estrogen blockers) becasue more estrogen equals less muscle.

Men need testosterone to maintain and build muscle which means that any product that even remotely supports natural estrogen levels is pretty much undesirable to guys wanting to put on much-coveted quality muscle.

If you are a woman on the other hand, who also happens to be a vegetarian, then Soy protein is the perfect option you. If you are a guy my advice to you would be not to read articles or medical studies that will try to “vindicate” Soy protein by claiming to provide proof that Soy Protein doesn’t raise levels of estrogen (on the monkeys or rats they happened to have tested!?) because chances are they are trying to sell you Soy protein or have been funded by companies that produce Soy protein or other Soy products.

If you ask a bodybuilder about which is the better option: Soy Protein vs Whey Protein you may get a chuckle out of them because that is the equivalent of asking a street racer would he rather power his car with electric-cells or a nitro-enhanced high octane fuel!?

Thus, you get my point – it’s a non-issue for 99% of us men that are into fitness and bodybuilding. To me and many others, the words vegetarian and muscle-building do not go together much like electric fuel cells don’t go together with race cars.

Soy Protein vs Whey Protein – Conclusion

If you are a guy trying to build muscle the obvious choice is Whey Protein. Soy Protein vs Why Protein should not even be a point of debate for you!

Soy Protein is best for women and other non-fitness and bodybuilding vegetarian males that are looking for a different source of protein outside the regular food they consume as part of their vegeterian diet.
