The Rabbinical School faculty is comprised of outstanding congregational clergy who hold rabbinic ordinations from Yeshiva University, Jewish Theological Seminary, American Jewish University (formerly the University of Judaism), and Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, as well as smicha from ALEPH (the Jewish Renewal Movement). They are affiliated with some of the most prominent Orthodox, Conservative, Reconstructionist, Reform, and Renewal synagogues in the Los Angeles area. The faculty also includes renowned scholars who have taught at such prestigious universities as Columbia, Princeton, MIT, Stanford and Georgetown, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCLA Medical School, USC, Loyola Marymount, Ohio State, Claremont, and Hebrew University. Most significantly, the entire AJRCA Rabbinical School faculty shares a passion for teaching and training the future spiritual leaders of the 21st century American Jewish community.
