Curriculum

The curriculum of the Rabbinical School successfully melds the conventional and the cutting edge. In-depth, traditional textual studies in Tanakh (Bible), Rabbinics, Liturgy, History, Philosophy, and Hebrew are a major component of the curriculum as is the less common, but much needed emphasis on spirituality and spiritual counseling skills. Reflecting the Academy’s transdenominational philosophy, students study the full range of approaches to Jewish learning, values and practices.
