Director of Admissions and Alumni Liaison
Janet Lunine Barzilay is a graduate of Brown University and New York University Law School. Prior to joining the Academy, she most recently worked as a volunteer attorney at Bet Tzedek. Ms. Barzilay is a member of the New York bar, and practiced law in New York before moving to Los Angeles in 1999. She has worked extensively in educational recruiting, serving as Area Chair for Brown University’s Alumni Schools Committee, and as a parent Admissions Ambassador for Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. She also held the position of Director of Development at Carlthorp School in Santa Monica and has volunteered in campaign fundraising for Harvard-Westlake School, Curtis School and Brown University.
