The Cantorial School faculty is comprised of outstanding congregational clergy who hold cantorial diplomas from Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion’s School of Sacred Music, cantorial commissions from the Cantors Assembly and the American Conference of Cantors and degrees from such prestigious secular institutions as Juilliard and the University of Southern California – School of Music. They are affiliated with some of the most prominent synagogues in the Los Angeles area and hold leadership positions within national and international cantorial organizations. Most significantly, the AJRCA Cantorial School faculty shares a passion for teaching and training the future cantorial leaders of the 21st century American Jewish community.
